In conjunction with HRA of New Britain, Inc., and under the supervision of the IRS, this program provides free of charge preparation and filing of annual tax returns by IRS-certified volunteers. All of them are certified in Standards of Conduct (Ethics) and Current Tax Law along with other IRS required training.
The program is a free of charge service to families and individuals whose total household income is $54,000 or less.
