The Spanish Community of Wallingford School of Music is inaugurating an early childhood music program in Spanish for children aged Birth to Four accompanied by their caretakers. There will be ten weekly sessions beginning on November 12 for the first 12 children who apply. Each class will provide a friendly and informal group introduction to music and movement. The children will be encouraged to experience and enjoy music in a supportive environment. The music selected for these classes are songs from various Hispanic traditions, primarily Mexican, all sung in Spanish. Our goal is to give each child early exposure to music, thus contributing to their overall capacity and development.
