- Computer Instruction:SCOW has a computer lab donated by the ATT Foundation, enabling us to offer basic and intermediate computer skills to adults. Participants learn keyboarding, of course, but also how to monitor their children’s use of the Internet, navigation of the internet to conduct online job searches, as well as improving their chances of advancement at work.
