Mariachi Academy of Connecticut’s Annual Senior Recital
Please join us at our mariachi recital featuring our beloved Eliel Martinez and Sammy Lopez, our graduating seniors who will be performing their swan song before leaving for college. The event will take place at SCOW on August 23rd at 3:00 pm. The public is cordially invited. Monetary donations are happily accepted as they will be applied to the scholarship fund. Hot tamales will be served at $1 each. We will also be introducing three new instructors from Guadalajara.
Acompáñenos este DOMINGO en nuestro concierto de mariachi para despedir a nuestros queridos estudiantes Sammy Lopez y Eliel Martinez. Ellos se gradúan de la escuela este año y van a la universidad. El evento es este domingo 23 de agosto a las 3:00pm en la Comunidad Hispana. El público esta cordialmente invitado. Aceptamos donaciones de dinero que serán consignadas en la cuenta para las becas que le otorgamos a los estudiantes. Se servirán tamales a $1 cada uno. En esta oportunidad también presentaremos a nuestros tres nuevos maestros de Guadalajara.

Thirteen professional mariachis from las Vegas will be leading 35 children in a joyful festival of mariachi music!
The Mariachi Mexico Antiguo has provided an intensive workshop to the students of la Escuela Guadalupana de Musica of the Spanish Community of Wallingford. This exciting week will culminate in performances by students, folkloric dancers and the Mariachi Mexico Antiguo itself.

This is the final music concert for the Escuela Musicians and Dancers with the Mariachi Academy on Flag Day. The students will present an American Flag Day Remembrance and Mexican Fiesta for Fathers. Everyone is cordially invited.
