Welcome to the Spanish Community of Wallingford's (SCOW) website. For nearly 36 years the SCOW has been offering a wide range services and programs, such as transportation, computer and office training, health education, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, citizenship preparation, afterschool programs, employment search and tips, translation and interpreting services, and legal referrals. SCOW maintains relationships with other community agencies in order to address issues in health, education, employment, language, housing, legal and other challenges.
